Paste Jewelry
Paste jewelry is a term used to describe cut leaded glass that is faceted to have the same appearance as gems or precious stones. It can be traced back to 18th Century France, where paste jewelry became very popular, even among royalty. Nowadays paste has become quite the collector's item!
